Rakimisu


Took a morning walk 
to pick a bouquet before the rains set in


Saskia, who was waiting at the church, joined me.





We didn't need to go far.


Then, it being Mardi Gras, 
I gathered ingredients


using raki rather than espresso


and made raikimisu.



With lunch, opened a bottle of liatiko, 
an ancient Cretan wine.


Another fine day.
